Overview
In this seminar, the speaker will highlight the pragmatic application of a pedagogy under research in empowering an effective classroom through digitalisation. As the first batch of information experimental school, this school commences the long-term the research of information technology and classroom teaching and forms the teaching mode titled ‘three dynamic classroom’ and further refined the form teaching paradigm as ‘three points to interactive classrooms, five key elements to promote abilities, ten strategies to apply technology’ In recent years, the research on precise teaching practice, which focuses on promoting the development of students potential, aims to explore how to stimulate students potential, improve students learning ability and ultimately promote whole-human development in teaching activities through curriculum construction, environmental construction, data support and accurate feedback.
This school holds the spirit of ‘dare to be the first, the pursuit of excellence’ puts forward the concept of ‘providing appropriate education to every child’ and aims at ‘establishing the standard for implementation of information technology in school’. This school actively explores information technology to promote teaching mode and evaluation system innovation, realising the leap-forward development. Therefore, the school has been named the national informatisation pioneer school, the Ministry of Education informatisation application model case school, Guangdong basic education research experimental base of school, information center of primary and secondary schools in Guangdong province.
